Identify every approved item
Record the exact bottle, capacity, neck, component and colour direction. Similar-looking products may use different structures, so a reference image alone is not a sufficient production specification.
Review fit and intended function
Assemble the complete pack and evaluate the component direction for the intended use. Product compatibility, sealing and performance checks should be defined according to the actual formula and market requirements.
Check decoration consistently
Review colour, gloss, coating coverage, print position and metallic detail under consistent lighting. Note the sample version and any agreed tolerance or visual boundary.
Confirm packing and shipping scope
Specify inner protection, dividers, carton quantity, shipping marks and any assembly requirements. A good-looking bottle can still be damaged if packing is defined too late.
