What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ starts from 1,000 pcs. The applicable MOQ is confirmed for the selected bottle, finish, component and packing scope.
Can production and shipment be completed in 7 days?
It can be as short as 7 days for eligible projects. Timing depends on product, quantity, finish, components, sample approval and current production scheduling.
Do you manufacture glass bottles?
Yes. Xida operates glass manufacturing and supports packaging supply chain coordination across a combined manufacturing footprint of 30,000 m².
Which decoration processes are in-house?
Spray coating, screen printing, hot stamping and electroplating are handled with in-house capabilities.
Can I request a custom colour?
Yes. Provide a colour reference and the selected bottle. The actual finish is confirmed by sample before mass production.
How are pumps, droppers and caps selected?
Components are matched to the neck finish, dispensing need, sealing requirement and visual proportion, then checked by sample.
Do you keep ready stock?
Yes. Xida maintains substantial ready stock for commonly requested standard formats. Exact model, capacity, component and finish availability is confirmed at the time of inquiry; no specific stock quantities are published online.
Can I send a reference image?
Yes. Use the Find by Image form and include capacity, target quantity, application and any known dimensions.
Are ampoules and lyophilized vials coloured?
They are presented as clear bare glass so the structure remains visible. Decoration or colour requirements can be discussed separately when appropriate.
Are certificates available for every product?
Published design patents are available on the document page. Other documents are provided only when available and applicable to the selected product and order.
