Separate and protect glass surfaces
Use suitable dividers, trays, sleeves or other agreed protection to reduce bottle-to-bottle contact. Decoration and coated surfaces may require additional protection against rubbing.
Coordinate loose components
Pumps, droppers, caps and liners should be counted, protected and packed according to the assembly plan. Confirm whether components ship assembled, partially assembled or separately.
Define cartons and shipping marks
Record carton quantity, gross and net weight expectations where applicable, destination marks and any customer-specific label information. Final details should match the agreed order and logistics route.
Plan timing with the real scope
Delivery timing depends on bottle availability, quantity, finish, components, sample approval, packing and production scheduling. Eligible projects may ship in as little as seven days, but the confirmed project schedule is the controlling reference.
